Dear Visitor,

It is our great pleasure to introduce to you an elite, non-profit organization stemming from the bountiful Florida Redland Growing Region – the Schnebly Seed2Fork Foundation.

 A lush expanse of fertile farmlands and tropical fruits, the Redland District remains one of Florida’s most historical regions. Recognizing the value of local products, Miami Dade County has taken on the incredible initiative of increasing student education in the area of sustainability within culinary artistry and agricultural practices.  The goal of this foundation is to assist high school students and graduates that yearn for a future within the booming hospitality industry, but are unable to afford such opportunities.

By establishing a relationship between South Florida High Schools and Miami Dade College, The Schnebly Seed2Fork Foundation will allow motivated individuals the opportunity to earn a world class education while sourcing produce from the local Redland growers. All proceeds raised by this foundation, including those rallied at Holy Moly Redland Guacamole, will be dedicated to students in pursuit of degree programs within Agriculture, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Management.

We now call upon you, as valuable members of our South Florida community, to support such students in need. We greatly appreciate your consideration of this wonderful cause.
